The Car People have been going from strength to strength in recent years, now having four car showrooms in the North of England with over 3000 cars on display at any one time.

The Car People’s original brief to Saturn was to increase awareness and sign up to their ‘Friends’ members benefit scheme. They were also keen to engage with customers in waiting areas whilst waiting to be seen by staff.

Saturn’s solution involved designing and scheduling targeted marketing content for the ‘Friends’ campaign to increase subscribers to the scheme. In addition, Saturn also installed a branded customer experience channel in the designated customer waiting areas. Using Saturn’s ability to extract and display data from the customer database, the channel is able to automatically display and update The Car People’s appointments schedule allowing the display of personalised customer content on the screens, such as “Congratulations Mr X” messages when collecting a new car.

Saturn have now extended the solution to all four showrooms at Manchester, Sheffield, Wakefield and Warrington, all promoting The car People brand, product sales and personalised customer information.
