Make communication between staff and customers effortless
More than of half of office-based businesses now embrace hybrid working, so being able to collaborate properly with customers and remote workers has become essential.
We have 10+ years’ experience in specifying and installing unified communications/video conferencing solutions/systems. We’re are an accredited Yealink and Poly partner so we’re fully qualified to specify the hardware (camera, screen, speaker/mic. system) you need for the size and layout of your meeting rooms.
We also have qualified sound engineers on our team to set up your speakers and microphones and generally make sure that your unified communications system works as it should.
Our unified communications solutions
UC/Video conferencing equipment for meeting rooms
Whether you’re upgrading a small huddle space or a large conference room, the options for unified communications/video conferencing hardware are vast. You can choose from countless all-in-one kits available on the market, or buy items of hardware piecemeal. This amount of choice makes it tough to know which equipment to buy.
We’ll guide you through the purchasing journey, advising you on the pros and cons of different kits/items of hardware and their suitability for the meeting rooms you have.
If you’re working to a budget, we can advise you on how cost savings can be made, and where you should avoid cost-cutting to deliver a good video conferencing experience.
MS Teams Rooms(MTR)/Zoom Rooms certified equipment
Just a few years ago, there were only a small handful of unified communications kits that were accredited by Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. All that has changed and there are now lots of options from a range of different manufacturers.
We can supply and install easy-to-use, intelligent video-conferencing systems that have been officially accredited by MS Teams Rooms and/or Zoom Rooms (or any other specified unified communications software platform e.g. Google Meet).
This will allow you to start meetings with just a single touch on a small interactive display. Your video conferencing equipment will instantly connect to your software solution and your meeting can begin.
Unified communications equipment for flexible spaces
For most businesses, large meeting/training rooms and conference spaces are rarely used in exactly the same way every time they’re used.
When people move around the room – horseshoe, conference-style, boardroom, huddles – your UC suite needs to be able to adjust without IT professionals constantly having to adjust cameras/microphones/speakers.
That’s why it’s important to build flexibility into unified communications solutions in these spaces. We can design UC solutions for you that will give you the freedom to use your spaces successfully in a variety of different ways.
Custom unified communications solutions
We know that some businesses have very specific, specialised requirements from their unified communications – for example conference spaces with multiple screens or large ultra-wide displays to show multiple views side-by-side, touchscreen or even mobile solutions.
Our sound engineers and UC specialists can work with you to create a custom solution that meets your exact requirements, just as we’ve done for other clients.
Meeting room booking systems
No matter what your company size is, managing meeting room availability can be an issue.
We can install a meeting room management system (integrated with your Microsoft Teams/Google Calendar) with interactive screens on the outside of your meeting rooms. These will display the room’s availability and allow people to book it when free.
Should you use non-standard or industry-specific room booking software system, e.g. to book hospital consulting rooms, our software development team can easily integrate your software and create a room-booking system for you – something we’ve done for other clients.
As hybrid working starts to become the norm for many, it’s important that office and home-based workers can collaborate just as effectively as when they’re in the same room.
There are a growing number of tools now available – e.g. touchscreen displays/whiteboards – that can make collaboration easier.
Many are flexible, with devices that can be used like a screen, whiteboard, or for video conferencing, and/or give the ability to save on-screen notes as a file so they can be circulated to meeting attendees.
