Our LED wall hire service
We offer a comprehensive LED wall hire service right across the UK. You’ll be given a project manager who’ll work with you to understand exactly what’s required from an aesthetic and technical point of view.
Because we’re specialists, we know the full extent of what is and isn’t possible. Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll make a series of recommendations on the size and format of LED wall you need, in line with the budget you have.
We just need a minimum of three weeks’ notice to ensure that the required hardware will be available (though we can turn small/simple projects around in less time, if necessary).
We’ll arrange any lifting equipment (e.g. cherry pickers) if required, transport the materials onto your site and set up the indoor or outdoor LED wall for you. Once your event is finished we’ll dismantle, remove and transport it back to our depot.
LED wall types we can supply
The beauty of LED walls is how flexible they are. They’re modular so they can fit into almost any space and be any shape you need. They can be wall-mounted or freestanding, flat or curved (concave or convex), and can be used indoors or outdoors.
We can supply LED walls for hire for any length of time and in almost any size/format. We can supply Absen or Aluvision LED panels along with the appropriate framework and electrical hardware.
For indoor-use, we can supply LED wall displays with pixel pitch of 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 2.8mm or 3.9mm. For curved indoor LED wall displays, we can supply panels with a pixel pitch of 2.5mm and 3.9mm.
For outdoor LED walls, we can supply 3.9mm and 4.8mm LED panels for flat or curved displays.
We can do the simple things like create flat/gently curved LED displays for showing pre-prepared content to large groups of people (e.g. at a product launch and corporate event). But we can also do things like integrate LED walls into exhibition stands and make them really stand out against all the other exhibitors. Or create an attention-grabbing freestanding sculptural display like a tunnel or cube.
If you want to create something that’s a little ‘outside the box’ we can also make suggestions for what’s logistically possible with LED panel technology.
Please note: we don’t supply cameras/sound systems for recording live events, but can recommend suppliers to provide these services.

We’re often asked how much it costs to hire an LED wall but because it depends on the size, pixel pitch, site, and length of hire, unfortunately we can’t give a simple answer. What we can say is that the price for LED wall hire starts at around £5,000. This is to cover the time-consuming process of undertaking site visits, building a framework and display from lots of component parts, connecting individual cabinets up, and setting up media players, software, and controllers.
